            Delegates Rowe and Fleischauer move to amend the bill on page 3, Section 125, line 17, by striking out the word “thirty” and inserting in lieu thereof, the word “five”;

            And,

            On page 3, Section 125, line 18, by striking out the word “ten” and inserting in lieu thereof, the word “two”.
